Description of the 9 cottages
Club Kensington Coop offers its member the use of 9 cottages that have direct access to Kensington Lake. In addition, certain cottages have a beach front for swimming.

In addition
All the cottages have a large veranda which gives a striking view of the landscape and which is very practical with the children on rainy days. The lake is very calm, as apart from the club facilities there is only one other chalet on Lake Kensington. Also, all cabins have a private dock.

Camping site
The Kensington Club offers permanent and temporary camping sites. Permanent campsites have running water. A system of purification fields is accessible to dispose of wastewater as well as a toilet block.

Lodge and sanitary block
The Lodge
The Lodge consists of a dormitory that can accommodate 22 people and a dining room. The dormitory also has a majestic stone fireplace and tables where many evenings were spent playing cards and telling fishing stories.
Nearby,
the main beach where young and old can cool off on hot summer days. There is also a large dock where you can tie up your boat.
Outside
the Lodge, there is a sanitary block with two showers, children's games, picnic tables and a campfire where all co-operators can meet on summer evenings.
It is also
at the Lodge beach that cooperators can house their outboard motor for the summer. Locker fees apply.
Activities practiced
Outdoor enthusiasts are well catered for at Club Kensington.
Local trails and paths
are also accessible for mountain bikers, for a bike ride or a simple walk in the forest.

In winter too,
ross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and snowmobiling enthusiasts are well served.


In addition to hunting and fishing
you can go kayaking or canoeing on the lake and on the Joseph River. The club offers a canoe, kayak, pedal boat and boat rental service.

Here are also other activities
hat are practiced there: ornithology, mycology, ice skating, ice-cutting, quad biking, swimming, camping, etc.
